MARCH 14, 1939 – FEBRUARY 13, 2024
Kathleen Yvonne Miller, (“Katie,” “Kathy,” “Queen Kathleen”) age 84, of New Lebanon, Ohio, and formerly of Greenville, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born March 14, 1939, in Monroe Township, Ohio, to the late Lowell B. & Mary K. (Skiles) Longenecker. She graduated from Franklin-Monroe High School, May 1957.
She will be greatly missed and remembered by her sisters, Anna Mae (Melvin) Johnson of Greenville and Ellen (Dennis) O’Dell of Union City, Ohio; children, Samuel J. (Glenda) Miller of Arcanum, Susan K. Blosser of New Lebanon, Joe D. Miller Sr. of Greenville, and Julia L. (Ted) Day of West Carrolton; step children, Kimberly (Darrell) Groesch of Greenville, and Tim (Dilana) Miller of Ansonia. She has numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, family members and her special doggie “Miss Holly”. Kathleen was an amazing mom, friend, and mentor to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Miller; younger sister, Arlene McCune; and son-in-law, Thomas G. Blosser II.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Chaplain Candy Null officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
