Linda L. Rehmert, age 76 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 5:01 PM Wednesday September 8, 2021 at her residence. Linda was born February 8, 1945 in McKeesport, PA and the daughter of the late Edgar and Ruth Leona (Raymer) Trostle.
Linda with her husband Glenn owned and operated the Rehmert Nursey of Greenville and she retired in 2008 as the bookkeeper. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Lambda Chi Omega Sorority and the Lady Bug Garden Club all of Greenville. Linda also was an avid reader and loved spending time with family, particularly her grandchildren.
Linda is survived by her husband Glenn E. Rehmert of Greenville. They were married April 25, 1965. Also her children Edward (Ruthlee) Rehmert and Daniel (Melinda) Rehmert all of Greenville; grandchildren Tom & Layla Warner, Patrick Rehmert, Meg Rehmert and Kate Rehmert; great grandchildren Wyatt Warner, Jesse Rehmert, Emilee Rehmert and Robert Rehmert as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday September 13, 2021 in the First Presbyterian Church 114 East Fourth Street Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Andrew Gilman officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 AM until time of the services in the church.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to the EverHeart Hospice of Darke County, Ohio.
