In week #7 of MWOBL bowling, the Boys Varsity had a rematch with the Ansonia JV.
Both teams were missing bowlers, so it was a 4-man Hawk team versus a 3-man Tiger team.
With a few good scores for MV, they took the lead right from the start with a 128 pin lead after the first regular game.
The second regular saw the Hawks improve their scores, while the Tigers started having trouble.
The baker game round was set to be interesting but low scoring, as zeros would be calculated for the missing bowler frames, 2 in each MV game and 4 in each Ansonia game.
The Hawks saw the finish line and didn’t look back though, as they took the match 1506-919.

The Hawks will be participating in the Blue & Gold Divisional Challenge at Poelking Woodman Lanes in Kettering on Sunday, February 28th at 10am. They then face Newton on Monday, February 29th at Woodcrest at 4:30pm.
