In week #6 of MWOBL bowling, the Varsity girls faced their rival, Ansonia Varsity at Community Lanes in Minster.
MV had a slow start as usual, while Ansonia did a good job of picking up their spares. Even though a couple of Hawks hit their season high game score, missed spares plagued them in general, putting them 200+ pins behind the Tigers going into the baker game round.
They kept their attitudes positive, but a comeback was out of their reach as the match ended at 1725-2038.
