The Darke County Animal Shelter has 2 new dogs, each one of them the perfect pet for someone out there.
Both got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative and microchipped.
The Shelter’s adoption fees are $90 cash/check. Their visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday 9am-11:30 am. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Pixie came to us as a stray, so our knowledge about her is very limited and we only know from what we have observed. We believe Pixie is a 3-year-old female Hound Mix. Pixie is a very sweet girl who walks well on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Pixie loves attention and treats. Pixie did great for her bath, nail trim and exam where she weighs in at 50.8 lbs.Sammy came to us as a stray, so our knowledge about her is very limited and we only know from what we have observed. We believe Sammy is a 3-year-old female Terrier Mix. Sammy knows how to sit and loves treats. Sammy doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Sammy did great for her bath and exam where she weighs in at 51 lbs.
