Ronald L. “Mose” Myers, 79, of Arcanum, passed away on January 17, 2024, at Hospice of Miami County. Ron was born on October 21, 1944, in Greenville, to the late Evaline (Snyder) Myers and Donald Myers.

In addition to his career as an industrial plumber for General Motors, Myers was a member of the Arcanum Order of the Free Masons and Sunrise Church in Ithaca. He was an avid golfer, an exceptional woodworker, enjoyed playing euchre and poker, was a skilled bowler, treasured watching his horses at the track, and for fifty years he had a twinkle in his eye as he loaded his sleigh with his bag of stuffed animals and dressed in his red suit, visiting hundreds of children as Santa.

He is survived by daughters Angela Baker, and Kimberly Puckett (Kirk Snider) sisters Donna Kay Jones, Sue Mills, Joan Ritz, Mary Williams (Bruce), Janet Clemens (Doug), Linda Boyer (Tom), and Lisa Payne; brothers John (Judy), Roger (Beth) and Richard (Peggy); grandchildren Christopher Baker (Robyn), Tyler Baker (Sara), Carrie Baker, Casey Puckett and Carter Puckett; great-grandchildren Addyson Baker, Hayslee Baker, and Rosalyn Baker; and loving companion Willowdean “Willy” Bruckner.

Ron was preceded in death by his wife Teena M. (Brenton) Myers, infant son Scot, parents Donald and Evaline Myers, and brothers, Gene and Jack, and son-in-law Mark Baker.

Ron’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kindness, talents, and unwavering love for his family and friends will forever remain in our hearts.
