NOVEMBER 24, 1932 – APRIL 27, 2023
Twila H. Oldham, age 90 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 8:10 AM Thursday April 27, 2023 at the Village Green Health Campus of Greenville. Twila was born November 24, 1932 in Painter Creek Darke County, Ohio and the daughter of the late Earl and Echo (Traebing) Hyer.
She was retired from TRW after 25 years of employment as a Supervisor. Twila was also a member of the Versailles Christian Church and had served 14 years on the Board of the Darke County Cancer Association. She was a 1950 graduate of Franklin High School of Franklin Township Darke County, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Oldham February 2, 1993, Special friend John Laub; brothers Jay Hyer and Carrol “Bud” Hyer; Sisters Marlene Wehrley, Dana Arnett, Helen Gilbert and Farrel Custer; nephews Don Custer and Winifred Hyer.
Twila is survived by a sister Phyllis (Rod) Brown of Arcanum; nieces Debbie (Gordon) Brubaker, Sue Custer, Penny (Jed) Smith and Nannette Brown and nephews Darlene Wehrley, Steve (Maria) Hyer, Randy (Sharyl) Brown and Eric (Jill) Brown.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Newcomer Cemetery Franklin Township Darke County, Ohio with Pastor Randy Brown officiating.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to the Darke County Cancer Association.
