3 new dogs are waiting at the Darke County Animal Shelter for a new home, each one of them the perfect pet for someone out there.
All of them got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines, are dewormed and are heartworm negative and microchipped.
The Shelter’s adoption fees are $90 cash/check. Their visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday 9am-11:30 am. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Ava came to us as a stray, so our knowledge is very limited and only to what we have observed. We believe Ava is a 7-year-old female Mastiff Mix. Ava knows how to sit and loves to chase after balls! Ava is a very sweet friendly girl who loves to cuddle and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Ava did great for her bath, and exam where she weighs in at 65 lbs.D.O.G came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of his own, D.O.G and his owner were evicted from their home. We are told D.O.G is a 13 year- old intact male Labrador mix. D.O.G is great with kids, cats, other dogs, and is housebroken. D.O.G knows sit, lay down, shake with both paws and LOVES car rides! D.O.G loves attention and is ready for his furever home. D.O.G did great for his nail trim, bath and exam where he weighed in at 103 lbs.Reggie came to us as a stray, so our knowledge is very limited and only to what we have observed. We believe Reggie is a 4-month-old intact male Boxer Mix. Reggie is a very sweet pup who likes to pick up toys and walk around with them. Reggie loves treats and to snuggle. Reggie doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Reggie did great for his bath, nail trim and exam where he weighs in at 24 lbs.
