The Fall Harvest Sale and Farmer’s Market is an annual project of the Versailles High FFA. Faculty members Dena Wuebker and Taylor Bergman are co-advisors for the 185-member FFA club and co-coordinators of the new blood drive.

“We’re having a blood drive in conjunction with the Fall Harvest Sale,” said Dena. “We’re excited about it. It’s another opportunity to help others and get the community involved. We have lots of spots available for people to sign up for the blood drive.”

Everyone who registers to donate with Community Blood Center Aug. 29 through Oct. 1 receives the “I Give for the Kids” socks and is automatically entered in the drawing to win two tickets to “The Game,” OSU vs. Michigan Nov. 26 in Columbus.

The Fall Harvest Sale and Farmers’ Market is from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vendor tents and the CBC Bloodmobile will be in the parking lot near the auditorium.  Several FFA students will be selling goods as part of their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects.

Vendors can contact Dena and Taylor at dena.wuebker@vtigers.org or taylor.bergman@vtigers.org.
