The Darke County Animal Shelter has 2 new dogs available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Nick came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Nick is a 1-year-old, intact male Terrier Mix. Nick seems to be a g with the flow type of pup! Nick is a very sweet boy who loves attention. Nick has shown us he knows how to sit, shake with BOTH paws. Nick likes to play ball and tug-O-War. Nick is treat motivated. Nick walks great on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Nick did great for his bath, excellent for his nail trim and exam where he weighed in at 44.6lbs Nancy came to us as a stray so our knowledge about her is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Nancy is a 5-Year-old female Terrier Mix. Nancy is a happy Girl who loves attention. Nancy has shown us she knows how to sit and laydown! Nancy is very treat motivated. Nancy walks well on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Nancy did great for her bath, nail trim and exam where she weighed in at 50.1lbs
